Competition Conditions
Aventura Rejser runs ongoing competitions and when you participate, the following competition conditions apply.
Organizer
The organizer of the competitions is Aventura Rejser ApS, Bredgade 34, 7400 Herning. The competitions are typically on social media including Facebook and Instagram. These are not sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Aventura Rejser does not assume responsibility for any errors in connection with the competitions, including printing errors etc. Aventura Rejser reserves the right to delete notices, images or anything else that is offensive or otherwise inappropriate. This can also cause the competition to be stopped without notice.
Who can participate, how and withdrawal of prizes
You must be at least 18 years old and resident in Denmark to participate in the competitions. Employees of Aventura Rejser, including persons in the employees' households, may not participate. In case of suspected fraud, participants will be excluded. This also applies if the participant has won and we suspect cheating. Then the prize will be canceled. The competitions are not conditional on purchase.
The competitions are typically year-round. The prizes in all competitions are drawn at random and the winners are informed directly on the informed email, as well as published on our website and social media including Facebook and Instagram no later than 3 days after the draw. The chance of winning is based on a random algorithm provided by our gaming provider. It is on the game provider's technical platform that the winner is found. The probability of winning is based on the number of participants. If the winner does not reply to the email within 3 working days, the participant loses the right to the prize and we draw a new winner. We do this until a winner responds within 3 working days.

The prizes, value and possibly taxation, delivery
The participants are responsible for any taxation. Aventura Rejser reports to SKAT if there are reporting requirements. The prize can not be transferred to others or exchanged for cash. The prize will be emailed to the winner when he or she has responded within 3 working days to our inquiry at the draw. It describes the period in which the trip can be made, as well as the destination, airline and hotel in question at the current value.
